Week 1: The First Build
Something is cooking.
Section titled “Something is cooking.”Every developer has that one workflow that makes them want to flip their desk. The thing you do 20 times a day that should take 5 seconds but somehow eats 10 minutes.
Week 1 is about killing one of those workflows — with AI doing the heavy lifting.
I can’t say much yet, but here’s what I’ll tell you: it involves Claude Code, a surprisingly simple architecture, and a problem that hits every developer who ships to production regularly.
Dropping: March 15, 2026.
What every weekly build log will contain
Section titled “What every weekly build log will contain”Each week follows the same format — no fluff, just the real story of building and shipping:
- Problem — What pain point I’m solving, who has it, and why existing solutions fall short.
- Stack — What tech I chose and, more importantly, why. The reasoning behind every major decision.
- Build Process — A timeline of the build from idea to deployed product. Key decisions, pivots, screenshots, and the mistakes I made along the way.
- Results — Real numbers. Users, signups, feedback, revenue (or lack thereof). No vanity metrics.
- Learnings — What worked, what didn’t, and what I’d do differently next time. The stuff most builders never share.
Don’t miss it
Section titled “Don’t miss it”I’m building in public in real time on X. The tweets, the commits, the “why is this not working” moments — all of it.
